Our data processing business is accredited for Information Security, Quality Management and Legal Admissibility of Electronic Information.  Externally assured by BSI for ISO27001,  ISO9001 and BS 10008:2014.

Cleardata’s data processing facilities are purpose built and assured for Information Security and Quality Management.  Our building is protected by enhanced security systems and fire detection.  Features include bio metric access systems, CCTV and Red care security.

Legal Admissibility – BS 10008:2014

The business is certified to BS 10008:2014, this updated Standard offers best practice for the operation and implementation of electronic information management systems, helping to verify information to avoid the legal pitfalls of information storage.

Our employees

Cleardata’s data processing team are security cleared by Disclosure Scotland.  We operate to high security standards and all employees are trained to handle information correctly.

PCI Compliance

Secure handling of financial information is paramount for our customers.  We’ve taken the time to self certify our business for PCI Compliance, enabling financial details such as credit card information to be handled correctly, in a secure manner. We have a secure PCI compliant zone in our premises to handle data, this features a separate separate paper handling process and is only accessible to approved employees, with relevant permissions.

We are a data protection act registered company and have an appointed data controller. Our team are trained regularly and keep up to date with the latest legal requirements.
