Cleardata has a team of 60 staff. The company operates from secure premises based in the North East of England.
- All staff are security checked by Disclosure Scotland and work to strict data handling procedures.
- We will allocate an account manager to handle your data entry project and agree a specification for your data entry requirements.
- Document collections services are available from any UK locations, using our own fleet of vehicles.
- Cleardata is accredited for Information Security and Quality Management Systems and is a Data Protection Act Registered Business.
- The company operates one of the largest document scanning bureaus in the UK, with a fleet of Kodak high production scanners
- We can offer intelligent data capture solutions using Kofax software.
- Our IT team can ensure any data captured is output in a format compatible with your existing office systems.
- The IT department can set up bespoke reports or spreadsheets to present your data in an easy to understand format
